The most useful reports identify the place, the exact claim, a reliable source and the proposed correction. Safrom distinguishes factual errors from reasonable disagreements about the model.
Good correction evidence
Prefer the original publisher, official dataset or clearly dated primary source. Include the geographic boundary and reporting period when they affect comparability.
What happens next
The report format is ready for the public feedback channel planned for hosting. Until that channel is configured, retain the copied report; the form itself does not submit it.
